Corvus Cellars is the result of a long friendship and a mutual desire to  create a world class wine by utilizing the exceptional fruit of the Washington State and the experience of an outstanding winemaker.  Stephen Lessard and Randall Hopkins created Corvus Cellars with a common desire to produce a truly exceptional wine with quality being the absolute focus....from the fruit to the bottle.  Stephen has brought 20 plus years of winemaking experience with him and has made wine for such reputable establishments as Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars (Napa), Hacienda Winery (Sonoma), Hedges Cellars (Red Mountain), and most recently Whitman Cellars (Walla Walla).  Stephen and Randall strive to showcase a wine’s terrior while bringing balance and depth to the wine.
